Pole dancing will help you improve your balance, movement, upper body strength, core strength and leg strength.
It doesn’t matter on your size, fitness, strength or flexibility. Pole dancing is a fun way to improve your health using non-conventional dance and gymnastics.
We have a range of classes that cater from absolute beginners to advanced pole dancers. If you want to advance further, there are acro classes in the next room.
